ElisePotterFreak chapter 1 . 2/24/2014 I just read the first chapter of your story. You do know that adoption isn't like picking a dog at the shelter, right? It's a serious thing, and decisions like that aren't made on a whim. You cannot walk into any orphanage and simply pick a child to walk out with the same day you very first considered adoption. I liked your idea, but I have to tell you that this isn't how adoption works. There are background checks and home studies and it's a very long very difficult process. They don't let anyone walk into an orphanage and pick out a child like a puppy. I'm sorry, but that's a very serious problem that I can't really overlook. |

faneka chapter 11 . 11/8/2010 I am enjoying this story. I look forward to your next update. I wonder why Dumbles did want everyone to think Harry was dead? |
cascol3 chapter 11 . 8/21/2010 I like the plot of the story. I would like to know why Harry is back in England? Thanks for the updates. |
MaileS chapter 11 . 8/10/2010 Cool story so far. So basically James and Lily don't know that there son is alive? Does that mean that at some point in the story James/Harry gets to reveal who he really is and put his arrogant cousin in his place taking him down a few notches? If so I can't wait for that chapter. As for the pairing I'll wait to judge until after you introduce Rhia. I am however supremely glad that Harry/James is not with Ginny. I can't wait for the next chapter. |
Celestialuna chapter 11 . 8/10/2010 Good chapter! |

peruser chapter 11 . 8/9/2010 I am a reader who enjoys fanfiction a great deal. I like seeing where an author's imagination can take a story and make it different from the canon story. Even when a story isn't among the better of what I have read, I usually try to find something encouraging to say about the story, because I appreciate the fact that the author was brave enough to put himself or heself out there. I certainly have not done that, so I give credit where credit is due. However, if I try a story only to find that several of the 'chapters' are author's notes, or stating that there will be no new updates until a certain amount of reviews or votes are in, then I can't be bothered with the story. A lot of writers have 'real life' issues and events come up, like sudden trips for example, and readers have to be patient with those. Real lie happens. You have to deal with it. Holding a story hostage is a whole other thing, and unfair to the people who DO review. Please don't get angry. This is not meant to be a flame. Please note the polite language used throughout. I'm just suggesting to the author to be fair to your readers. |
peruser chapter 1 . 8/9/2010 Harry is known as the 'one who died'? That must mean that there was a sibling who became the child who lived, and Harry got dumped with the Dursleys. |
Leaseablue chapter 11 . 8/9/2010 Loved the potter family scene, cannot wait to see their reactions when they find out the truth. |
Leaseablue chapter 8 . 8/9/2010 Keep up the good work |
