I just found your work and thus this story and read it straight through. The word amazing comes to mind. The emotions and actions that you weave together through allusions, characterization, and pathos is, I repeat, amazing. Each chapter is so dark and desperate yet surprisingly fulfilling. Therefore, you MUST update. You cannot write ten great chapters like that and then abandone it at the pivotal climax-no pun intended. Please, update! With that, I shall be favoriting you as a author and encouraging you to write professionally because you definitely have a gift and as an avid reader of interent fiction I've only ever made that suggestion to one other writer.

I just started reading your story Power of Darkness, and I just couldn't help but review, even if I haven't finished reading the entire story yet. I loved this chapter (3), not in the least because it is very well written (it is, as is the rest of the story). Although I'm not a native speaker, I love the English language, especially when it is used well...

I also feel you really seem to get what's going on inside Damon's head.

Finally I appreciate your classical references throughout the text: this is something not often found in fanfic writing.

Of course, it shouldn't come as a surprise that I'm a hardcore Damon/Elena fan ... keep the slowburn going!

2Serendipity

This is my favorite chapter yet; I love drunk-Damon. Some parts were funny, and some parts very sweet.

That was hot! I loved the little scene peeking over the edge of the book's binding, eye to eye! Mmmm and chocolate chip cookies too! I wish these two would get together in the book or the show! I honestly doubt it though, unfortunatley that would be far to unusual to happen, which ix exactly why it should! Good stuff, I ate it up!
