Awesome story!

Is this seriously how you think people with Leon and Claire's personalities would act if they were together? Throughout this story, I barely recognize those two. Leon doesn't act like Leon, and Claire doesn't act like Claire. You've played the games, watched the CGI movies? Claire and Leon survived through great communication, perseverance, determination, and bravery. None of those qualities were present in those "characters" in this story.

First off, throughout this story it seems like you're trying to shit on Leon, make it seem like it's his fault. But you as the author are worried that your readers would see you as Leon-bashing. So you try to list off some of Claire's faults. But your bias against Leon (or the male in the central couple of any of your stories) still shines through because you then have Chris or Sherry or Claire try to justify Claire's actions. But it's not justifiable. Adults don't act like Claire. Especially adults who have the maturity and fortitude to survive zombie nightmares.

To me, you're story was a nice try. You got your resources and references right. But your biases and projections ruined it for me. Seems like Leon hating, and immature Claire. I honestly don't believe Claire and Leon, or any other people with Claire and Leon's personalities would act like this. OOC as fuck. This seems like a cheap-shit drama, with terrible representation of a strong female character like Claire. Because all I'm seeing here is Claire (and Sherry) exuding negative female stereotypes.
Claire shows bias, emotional stupidity, lying, manipulation, emotional instability, and lack of logic. No man or woman would've put up with her bullshit.

Sorry I'm not stroking your ego like many other reviewers are doing. But it was just so obvious that you were projecting your own emotional BS, prejudices, sexism, and bias through characters that have never shown those flaws, and would never act that way. Might as well have been an AU, or whole another source material. Read a fanfiction about Rebecca and Billy. Some authors capture their personalities and characters so well, and how they act together in situations and their romance, that it's believable and fits. Whatever problems they had, their characters solved or reacted to those problems in-character, ass you would imagine their characters to act. Your story was just a barely-palatable teenage drama/angst of a ridiculous soap opera. And the characterizations were ridiculous, to say the least.

One of, if not the best Cleon fanfics i've ever read. The way you described them having sex is just absolutely amazing(and arousing). The story itself is also top class, how you managed to "fill in the blanks" in between events that happened in the games and cgi movie, and the resolution to Leon's inner conflict about how Claire felt about him are excellent. Also loved the interaction between Leon Claire and Sherry, it feels like they really are a little family, especially the fact that Sherry calls them Mom and Dad. If i were the head of capcom, i would've made this canon in a heartbeat. The way they talk to each other are a little bit too formal and lengthy tho sometimes, but that's not a big issue(IF it's an issue at all). Great job all in all, and i hope you'll write more Cleon stuff in the future!

I'm reading this fic again which is one of the best fanfics I've ever read. She is so fucking sexy and exciting and at the same time cute and romantic. And there are still the couples that I love the most. Valenfield, Cleon and still mentions Rebilly. It really is very good!

I just read the whole story, and I had to sign up to this site to leave a review. It is overly amazing! Not only it's just well written with a perfect grammar (and even if I had some trouble with the cockney parts as as I'm not British native - English is not my first language at all - but it didn't affect the reading pleasure) and the dialogues are so believable and never idiot, but it is really a super well thought story. I loved how the Author managed to join all the canon stories of games and movies into this romance. Now this is canon to me. This is what actually happened to me! And after the RE2 Remake release it just has a new imagery... I mean the Raccoon City chapter... I SAW Leon and Claire, I SAW Chris' desk in my mind using the perfect imagery of this new videogame (and I read all the dialogues with their canon voices). To me Leon faces where the RE2R and RE Vendetta ones. I cannot describe well how this story is stupendous! And now I am looking forward for a sequel (you promised, Author!). And for the M-rated parts... speechless.

I have to say, This was awesome!

The line "hey you guys could adopt Me" from Sherry and Capcom "possibly" changing a bit the timeline would make some good fanfics I think xD

It was the best Cleon fanfic I've ever read. A passionate Leon, confident of his feelings, without the ghost of Ada to pertubar! I loved it all in his fanfic, a jealous Chris, but not so much and very much a friend of Leon. A crazy Sherry, having both as her parents. Loved everything! He even had Valenfield ... I'm sorry, but English is not my first language!
