Yep, that was weird. I have a fanfic based off my own theory of how he survived but it's considerably less weird. I've seen Ninja Assassin, I thought it was a really good movie, but I think my mom liked it more than I did lol.

Pfft...when I first read the summary, I thought the paragraph that would begin the story would sound somewhat like this...

"The Zero Requiem was completed. The cycle of malice has been ended, or so Lelouch had intended. But he was unaware of just how special his heart was. Able to recover from wounds and rips but still unable to supply the host body with the normal blood flow. This also explains fully exactly why Lelouch is unable to run for more than 20 seconds at a time..."

No, you got it right I believe. The heart is sort of slanted; leaning towards the left side. This is actually the weirdest theory I've seen. I read about a spine transplant, the sword missing by a hair's breadth, and the sword actually stabbing a blood pack and not exactly Lelouch himself, but I think your crazy theory trumps them all. ;P What a unique theory.
