Thank you so much for this wonderful story! I'm sorry I didn't review every chapter - I saved the whole story to read on a flight without WiFi. I hope it isn't too big a surprise to have reviews on super old stories either :) what you said about being a feminist but loving a damsel-in-distress story - that's totally me as well! Especially with Brennan and Booth being probably my top fictional couple - the damsel-in-distress trope is strong! My favourite parts of the story were the suspense at the beginning (those excellent little paragraphs which really ramped up the tension) and how true you kept the characters. Especially Brennan! I could hear her saying every word you wrote for her. I can tell from your writing how much you love dialogue. Anyway I will be saving this one to my favourites for sure.

I had to read this whole story in one sitting...couldnt stop...you captured Brennan and Booth perfectly! The last chp, this one had me tear up a bit. SO happy B&B end up together here and of course on the show, married with 2 beautiful kids! :')

I really like the story, you crafted a very creepy serial killer that I couldn't wait to either be place back in prison or killed, also enjoyed the journey you took Booth and Brennan on is was different than some of the other stories I have read on here.

I really dont like Casey but GREAT story

Reading this again and juxtaposition it with what's going on on the show with Pelant for what will be three damn seasons of that uber villain, I can't help but wish that Booth would just aim and shoot Pelant in between the eyes and put us all out of our misery once and for all.

Granted this story was set in the time while the show was still good, pre the 100th and Maluku and Afghanistan and Hannah and sobbing car confessions and stupid proposals and Broadsky and baby. Back when B&B still HAD chemistry and set the screen ablaze with just a look instead of their passionless kisses and awkward interactions.
