Are we talking about the same Tasha here? The psycho-insane 'I will murder anyone who gets near Dimitri' Tasha Ozera? In the books, Tasha *is* the bad guy. She's vindictive and sneaky and mean-spirited and would go to any lengths to get Dimitri, even if she has to ruin his happiness and murder many people in the process (I count four that she threatened directly/tried to kill/killed). She shot Rose and killed her to get her out of the way from between her and Dimitri! If she'd do all that, is she *really* his friend?

I get what you're trying to do, but honestly, when I search for fanfics I usually do it on Google, just so I can put a '-tasha' and skip any fanfic that so much as mentions her name. She's annoying and I hate fanfics where Dimitri is with her, even for a short period of time.

I'm just disappointed because I really liked this fic, and I read through so far and enjoyed it, but I don't think I can deal with the fact that Rose left like an idiot and that Dimitri was with Tasha.
