Tony and Gibbs have the best relationship, and I'm very glad you chose to write a Gibbs-centric fic as a break to your usual Tony-centric because this is one of my favourite stories. If you ever get the urge to write something connected/similar, I'd love to read that team meeting or a way that they look back at it maybe years on! |

Thank you, thank you, thank you for pointing out just how alike Tony and Gibbs are with their respective masks; I wanted to stand up and cheer when you had Tony point that out to Gibbs. I will confess that, until the apology to Shannon and Kelly, I thought it was Tony contemplating suicide...and then you brought it full circle by having Tony saved by Gibbs in a similar situation, but years before in Baltimore. This was a heartwrenching character study of both men, and very thoughtfully crafted. |
