the story was great i read this after the movie beacuse the ending of the movie was sad and i wanted to know more but it would take a few years for a sequal so i read this this feels like a sequel that was written instead of being a movie

Sequel? *gives puppy eyes* pretty please? Will there be a sequel? I love this story so much and it just seems like it needs a sequel. Would be really nice. It can go about Wikus and Christopher's lives together; them courting, them getting fully mated and Wilkus getting knocked up with a hatchling or two. He can freak out over it when he finds out, would give a little fun twist to the story.

I really like to see a sequel, so would you write one? pretty please?!

Overall this story was pretty damn adorable and thoroughly engaging. The only critique I would have is on the usage of the word 'prawn' from non human perspective in the story. I also found it interesting that you chose to stick to the gender binary and have their be clear males and females, an intriguing take. Thank you for taking the time to write and share your story, it was an enjoyable read.

Lovely story, I truly enjoyed reading it. I watched District 9 little less than a month ago and I have yet to get Wikus x Christopher out of my head. I think they propose such an interesting and dynamic relationship. In the beginning I didn't like the fact that you made the aliens separate sexes, but it quickly became a fact I could easily overlook. I thought you captured Wikus nicely and Oliver of course was absolutely adorable and how could he not be well loved?

I love how you managed to bring us readers into this home planet of the poleepkwans, the names the cultures the places, very vividly described and the relationship progress. Awwe. Aaah I enjoyed this read so much! I haven't really read any D9 fics before this so I had no idea what to expect from the fandom, but man was this a pleasant surprise. Very coherent writing, loveable characters and a nice plot- and it's slash too3!

I really have to get around the other fandoms more if there are quality writers like you lurking about... I'm too tired to give you a review of any kind ('s 22 chapters long and I've pulled an all nighter dammit, have mercy .), but for what it's worth you and your story got another favfollow

I love this story in all its glory and sappiness and difference. It made me laugh and sad and I'm a bit disappointed its the end but hey, every good thing has to end somewhere? :)
