i loved this, dean needed to tell cas about god bringing him back and seeing cas being a bit hopeful again after that was beautiful, i loved dean just standing with him too, i think both those poor boys really needed that

I haven't reviewed a story in MONTHS, but this is SO deserving of a glowing review and i wish i could/knew how to recommend this on this site because i so would because you captured Dean and Cas's characters perfectly.

i love how you included "this is something that they will never talk about" because it is SO them to need each other and not talk about it. well of course it is. it's canon haha
