Argentum Anubis chapter 1 . 3/24/2019 This is one of the theories that I had about how exactly Hiccup lost his leg and I'm glad to see that I am not the only one who found Toothless causing him to lose it to be a possibility (after all, if you look at the second movie, when Hiccup is explaining it to Valka, it sounds like Toothless is the one who did it). No-one knows for sure how exactly he lost it, but your story is a very convincing idea of how it might have happened. Also, I must add on a side note that the last line, where Stoick is asking to be taught how to fly, is hilarious. Thanks for sharing your work! |
JustAnotherFanGirl106734 chapter 1 . 3/7/2019 I know I'm a little late to the party, but I love how you wrote this, espacly when it came to Toothless. I'm a bit of a sucker for short stories like this and you are an excellent writer. |
Guest chapter 2 . 12/15/2018 Sorry about everyone's bad reviews, I thought this was a very good theory and a well written piece. |
Beth chapter 2 . 8/12/2018 Dont worry. Your right. Brilliant story by the way the description is on point. |
Moodeye Maddie chapter 2 . 8/13/2017 I liked it. I always wondered how he would've damaged his leg so much he had to lose it without being majorly injured in other places too. It is logical that Toothless bit his leg to save him, all actions have consequences. And in that way Hiccup took Toothless' tail fin and Toothless took his leg, payback lol. At least Toothless was trying to save Hiccup while Hiccup was trying to shoot Toothless down. |
Tauriel Skywalker chapter 1 . 7/11/2017 As morbid as this sounds, I kind of like that explanation. Thanks for sharing. :) |
Superhappyfuntim chapter 2 . 4/9/2017 I like your story don't listen to anyone if they don't like it they done have to read it xp |
queenlaur chapter 1 . 6/12/2016 Nice! I've been wondering about what happened, good job on the emotional development and the light hearted ending. The kids teaching the adults to fly sounds funny! |
L. Penmac chapter 1 . 3/3/2016 So great! I think this is very possible, it is my theory that Toothless accidently bit the leg, but it's possible that it may have burned. Either way, in my opinion, he accidently bit it. Totally love this! |
NotTheSharpestCrayon chapter 2 . 8/21/2015 I personally think you did a great job with this theory, it fits much better than others out there. Keep writing, A.C. |
Guest chapter 2 . 7/17/2015 You sooooooo right. They have no right to judge you. You put it in the title that its just a theory. A brilliant one if I might say. Very logical. It's not your fault that they are blind or stupid. Keep Writing! :) :) |
Guest chapter 2 . 6/21/2015 That theory makes more sense than most others, you did great. And hun, use those flames to make s'mores. |
Skylene chapter 1 . 4/20/2015 This is exactly what happened, dear ) |
I think the same chapter 2 . 3/15/2015 that was my theory for how he lost it |
MysteryFury chapter 2 . 1/2/2015 In all honesty, it's a mystery... I believe this is what happened... or it was badly injured and Gothi forced them to take it off. I can only imagine how disgusting that is in my head (I studied the Civil War and how they did amputations... it could only be worse in Viking times. |
