Couple quick things; Chronologically Tommy was only mid twenties( . gives his birthdate in late 1979, and most ranger seasons take place in their respective year DT was in 2004), While it is perfectly natural for Kira to like him at this stage a romance could never happen because of the law. I much prefer the Kirommy fics that take place after Once a Ranger because all the logistical crap can be tossed out.

Since English is new to you, you might want to get a beta reader that is fluent in English. That way some of the grammar errors you have can be corrected. One huge example is that you should be using "these" instead of -this, when you have people talking.

Also, I don't know how familiar you are with American laws, but if Tommy had any kind of relationship with Kira while she was in school and for 3-4 years afterwards, he could get fired and possibly face jail time. Aside from that, since she's around 17 right now, he's outside the acceptable limit (20 would be the max that a guy older than her could be), Tommy could be charged with statutory rape. And Tommy's not the type of person to have a relationship with his student.
