Aww... Mokona, I don't know what to say... just, thank you so much! I'm glad I was able to meet you through this fandom. You're always so upbeat, it's refreshing. And to tell you the truth, you inspire me, too! I worry way too much about people's opinions of writing, but your openness to feedback, be it praise or criticism, is so encouraging. Not just because openness is a good mindset to have, but because you've grown as a writer because of it. One of my personal goals is to be more accepting of criticism... because without it none of us would ever improve. Hopefully I can be more like you some day!

And funny that you would use this song. I don't care much for "popular" music, but Beyonce is one of the few that I enjoy listening to. I like this song, and I'm happy you used it. It fits Kalas and Xelha really well! After losing Georg and Fee, Kalas would have closed up his heart. But when Xelha worked to save him from his demons, by trusting him when he betrayed her, enduring his rudeness and insensitivity, at last he began to open his heart again. So sweet! But bittersweet, here, because now she's gone... (We know she'll be back! ;) )

Thank you so much for writing this, Mokona. This fandom has meant a lot to me, too. Writing and hearing back from all of you has helped me through a few hard times these past few years. God, this is sad... I love how you compared Kalas' relationship with Xelha with the ones he shared with all the other people he had loved in his life, it makes you notice even more how important they were for each other. And the song lyrics really fit!

I was a little confused about the Guardian Spirit part, so I guess I'll have to catch up on your other fanfics and then reread this ' Oh and I know it's totally random, but I first played BK during a hard time too... That game really works miracles 3
