I feel like Naruto is getting the shit end of the stick, everyone is craping on him. He doesn't even have the one unique skill of seeing and hearing dead people to himself since apparently Saskue can hear his dead relatives as well. I like the idea of this story but honestly I am going to give it two more chapters and if Naruto hasn't gotten some strength, is able to show his true self and not the joker, or someone on his side then I am not finishing.

Interesting concept, but there were a few things I dislike.

For starters, you portray Mikoto as some prideful woman who blames Naruto for something. Basically, you took the "stuck-up Uchiha" cliche that Fanfiction invented and made that into her persona; with a dash of "overprotective mommy"...
Next, you made Kakashi REALLY act like an asshole in this story. Sure, he was a sarcastic ass at first, but sometimes you make him come off almost malicious or spiteful. It's off-putting...
Lastly, you only had 3-4 ghosts act respectful/supportive/helpful to Naruto out of the possible hundreds he's come across. Is it that hard to have more of them be at least CIVIL with him? You gotta find a balance, or else his unique ability comes off as a curse; which would be a shame because this is a good idea...

Anyway, I know this hasn't been updated in years, but I just read it now and felt the need to express my thoughts.

This is honestly one of the most interesting concepts I've seen done in a Naruto fic. He knows whats to come in the future and doesn't run headlong into stuff like an idiot as well, good use of what he's learned. Can't wait to see where this goes.
