I really liked this! Some fics i read about burke coming back had Cristina crying and having a fit. I couldn't imagine her reacting like that. I think she would be pissed, but would definitely talk to him, be sarcastic and lean on owen. So, to me, this was spot on! Thanks! :D

I read this and I lament the loss of the man Owen Hunt was was so good in S5 and early S6 but after his emotionally abusing Cristina for not wanting to have a kid when he knew she never wanted one and cheating on her, I think he became a bigger jerk than Burke. And trust me I hated Burke.
And I dunno why Shonda hates Owen so much, she turned Burke into the guy who h handed Cristina a hospital and he leads a successful life while Owen is still living at Derek's trailor.

Burke needs to go die in a hole :P

Hey, i just wanted to drop a review and let you know that I really enjoyed this. I was watching reruns of Cristina and Burke's tailspin right before the wedding, and I thought back to her and Owen's conversation about Burke (which I loved) and thought: "I wonder if there's a nice 'Burke comes for a consult' story out there that's Cristina-Owen centric." So I did a search and there it was, clear as day. Lol. Anyway, I thought you hit the nail on the head. No frilly language, no making it bigger than it had to be: simple and straight-forward and VERY Cristina-Owen. Everyone was in character and I really felt like these were things that would actually be said-especially everything that Cristina said to Burke! And Owen's lines were perfect (Dinner with his mom, telling Burke he should talk to Cristina, and then, of course "Take care now"). I thought that last one was awesome. Made me smile. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I greatly enjoyed it. Thanks so much. Great job!

i absoultely love this chapter :) love the easy going convo with Teddy, and how Burke had to go to Owen about Cristina. I love the Owen and Cristina interactions and how Burke finally realises what a moron he was :) can't wait for your next story.
