Well i was kinda expecting Lightning's weapon would be a lightsaber instead of her blazefire gunblade.

I'm not a huge fan of Lanille, but this story is magnificent. As a huge fan of Star Wars and FFXIII, I am intrigued. I've been a fan for awhile, and when I saw that you'd just posted a new chapter, I completely lit up. It made my day, and it was beautifully written. Very few mistakes ("due time" instead of "do time"). You should be proud of this! Also, welcome back :)

Oh man! I just spent the last three days reading this! It has become one of my favorite stories I've recently found on FF. Everything is written to perfection and has a very realistic quality that I appreciate. And I also like the fact that you made Lightning more outgoing then I see in other stories. Anyway I hope to see more updates of this story soon! I'll be looking forward to it.

According to the Final fantasy wiki, Ilfana is actually Ifalna. Anyway, good chapter but I'm betting Lightning doesn't make it back to her room. Cid's going to be ticked. Anyway, great so far. I thought of a way Lightning's lightsaber could work for her and look like her FF13-2 gunblade. The hilt of the lightsaber could look like the hilt of the gunblade because the finger guards would make it top heavy like a sword and the blade could just be a laser or she could get a prototype lense for hers that makes it the shape of a blade. I also think that whatever you do, it should be either black or completely white since the Chosen One should have a unique lightsaber.

I forgot to review the last chapter cause I didn't want to stop reading but vanille had better not follow in padme's shoes to the very end. I really don't want to know what lightning would do if she died.
