There seems to be a lot of canon divergence here along with the change in some of Frieza’s characteristics, since he seems to lack the psychopathy and cruelty he was born with due to a mutant. Also the presence of a mother was also strange to me because Frieza was created by his father asexually. The tidbit with Frieza’s gender felt unnecessary in that context, because he’s by all means a male/asexual alien, so we can’t expect them to reproduce like us. Both Frieza and his father are mutants so seeing kold call him a freak was strange as well.

If you’re confused why I’m stating all of this, it’s purely because toriyama already established the origin of Frieza’s power and cruelty in the episode of bardock Q&A. Now, this doesn’t mean I hate the story I do appreciate the effort you put into some new things but also wondered the necessity of others. I also liked the lengths it took to even redeem this Frieza. As it felt realistic. You definitely nailed some of his character aspects as well but you might want to consider polishing on the others.

That’s about all I have to say, it’s a good story, don’t get me wrong on that.

This was beautiful. I could feel all of the love you put into this, and I have to say that this is going to have a place in my heart forever. Just what I was looking for. I will make sure to never forget this piece of art which made me feel something I missed so much.

I'm crying... so few stories can do that to me. But this was truly amazing as you wrote a character as ruthless and evil as Frieza. Yet show his family and showing how we all have grace the ability to forgive. I applaud you.

It is a very beautyful story, sometimes a bit melodramatic, but just like I love them.

I cried reading it, but beeing like I am, I loved it till the end.

You have some littel coherent failurs in it, because if Fieza choese the way of not going after the Dragon Ballss, Why is Dende dead, why Krillin and Vegeta?
