Ahh, here we have what could a real love story. Not just rainbows and levity, but real people working through a relationship as partners. They've been broken up this entire fic so far, but the communication lines seem to be opening up again. What an excellent representation of characters.

Unfortunately, I notice this story's been quiet for eight months. That doesn't bode very well for seeing this story reach its denouement. I'm very sorry to see a fic with such promise stop before it can finish.

I should also add that Caitlyn seems like a fairly well-done OC; although we don't learn a whole ton about her, everything seems balanced and reasonable enough. There are a few questions left about her motivations in allowing Sei to stay with her, but thankfully it's not a major focus of the story.

What's here is great, and I like the concept. I guess I'll throw this on the ever-growing alerts list and hope for a miracle before I forget everything I've read so far.

aahh so many reasons for youko to walk away. i still don't know the exact reason, but i guess all these little things can add up. i'm really happy that their defenses fell and spent some "loving" time with each other ;P
