Hi, I loved The Giver when I first read it. I’m just writing this review because very little people realize that The Giver is actually the first book in a trilogy (three books). The Giver is first, and then a book called Gathering Blue which actually doesn’t have Jonas in it. It’s about a whole other cast of characters, but the same place that the little boy in Gathering Blue disappears to in the end of the book is the same place Jonas and Gabe went to in the end of The Giver. The third and last book is called Messenger and it has the main characters from both the previous books and finally gives the ending that readers felt they weren’t given at the end of the Giver. If you want to know what happened after The Giver ended, you should read the rest of the trilogy: The Giver, Gathering Blue (different people), and Messenger (not told from Jonas’s POV, but it has him in it).

Cass, me being bored with myself and remembering this FanFiction penname of yours... I decided to write the fics on things I knew about... (that's why i avoided the Animorphs ones). This one scares me oh so much... because "The Giver" was a freaky-ass book. I remember in 6th grade, after reading that book, and student got called to early dismissal, they'd say, "Please send blah-blah-blah down to the office for early release" and we'd all go, "Oh, we'll miss you... have fun in the other Community!" I was such a pathetic 10-yr-old then... and now I am 12, and still pretty pathetic! Haha, good, I suppose, ttyl!

I like it! It's very apropriate, with the book an all...I never thought I could sing that song in my head while listening to matchbox twenty...Sorry, I'm just not behind the idea that Vertical Horizon's the best. ;) Very good, erm, video!
