Ah... The aftermath. What could I say? First, this feels very much like canon, so kudos to you. The structure of the fic was brilliant and I love the portrayal of Stein and Spirit. It is very much true, all the stuff that was written, and it makes the prospect of this all more frightening (especially since I just finished episode 24 and could see this happening clearly.) It's easy to feel Spirit frustration and Stein's refusal to let anyone in because even if he did, they still wouldn't understand. I really enjoy reading this fic.

I feel like I'm saying the same things over and over again for each of your stories, but once again, this fits just perfectly.

Oh, how fantastic! A beautiful and unsettling character study of Stein. Spirit was also wonderfully characterized. I loved it! And of course, I love Stein.

You know, not much happened, but I love it so very much. The relationship between Spirit and Stein, and Stein's defensiveness. I've always imagined myself that Stein would be slightly defensive about his plight, and perhaps some denial, though only as much denial as he as an analytical scientist could allow himself. I think this would go both for his temptation with Medusa and fighting the madness. So very fun story; I enjoyed reading it!

Another really great story, I like how you've got to the heart of Spirit's relationship with Stein. Your writing really reflects the uneasiness Spirit would be feeling right now, but also his lingering concern for Stein as a friend.

Excellent job, and I am awaiting more from you with bated breath.
