Aww~! I agree with Sin, this is about as in-character as you can get with this pair. Not totally OOC in the least! Even if it would have to be anyway because Ichigo has never really showed an interest in any character whether in the manga or anime. There are some things you could improve on like going back through and checking of grammar errors and capitalization, but it's well written.
