Wow, that made me cry in all the right places. Brian is a neglected character and you really gave him depth in this story. And Stanpovalichki was a great character too. Thank you for posting this.

Wonderful update. So much confusion for Brian in this chapter but a lot of it is explained before the end of the chapter which is great.

This has taken such a strange twist with the introduction of Stanpovalichki, (who must be you character inspired by Candy). I feel as though I'm reading through a dream sequence or... something resembling 'A Christmas Carol' with Stanpovalichki as the ghost of Christmas' past or something ;)

I thought Alison's reference to, "...nothing interesting enough to make a movie or something out of," was funny but it did take me out of the story for a moment.

The plot is moving along at a really smooth pace. I get so engrossed in stories and it is almost torture having to wait to find out what happens next, so thank you for updating regularly :)

Poor Brian. This chapter finished with a real cliff-hanger!

I think the way Vernon yelled at Brian was extreme but I understand that it was probably dramatised in order to escalate Brian's despair.

I was worried that Claire would be the only one to show up but by having them all there, keeping their word, you displayed that you understood the message/stayed faithful to the movie.

I like that they have maintained their friendship with each other as well as with their original social circles. I think it is realistic and shows a natural growth in each of their characters.

Admittedly, I nearly skipped over this story as I'm usually drawn to Bender/Claire centric fics, but wow, I am so glad I started reading this!
