This is blazingly interesting! Drunk Shepard is riotously funny and candid, Kaidan's mental voice and dialogue is great, and dammit, we really did need these scenes in the actual game.

Also, sign me up for hanging out with Garrus, Tali, and the elcor historian. That actually sounds like it'd be a great time.

This has to be my favourite post ME2/pre ME3 Shenko fic ever! I loved it! It was so out of character but yet, not at all. I could picture it all so easily in my head, and so many times I literally laughed out loud. I loved the Condrad mention, and I loved that Kaidan didn't really seem all that surprised to find her in his room in the middle of the night. Not surprised enough to freak out I mean.

So much about this story I really love... thanks for the great work! I hope you write many more. Great style & your Shep rocks :)

I really like this fic, but I fear that coming back together won't be as easy for them in ME3 as it was here. :(

Drunk!Shep was really funny, and my favorite part was definitely this line:

Then she remembered Horizon, and she slapped him across the cheek.

Now that was an ending for a sentence I did NOT see coming! :)

Hopefully you might write more for this paring sometime as I think you've got a really great writing style.

Somehow I missed that this was complete the first time I stumbled across it (I tend to not read anything in progress) and I have now added it to my faves.

Beautiful interaction between K & S. The conflict/confusion about their own feelings in their individual chapters was very sincere and fit them, imho. You built on the uncertainty of the relationship at the time of her death without dismissing it as a momentary aberration that needn't be mentioned or dealt with.

Very tender, almost a new beginning for them both rather than a continuation of what was before, if that makes sense. Given how Kaidan must have changed, I feel this is very in character for the relationship. In fact it's one of the few I've read where Kaidan seems like an individual rather than a shadow of Shepard. Well done.

Great story! Drunken Shepard hitting him to wake him up was hilarious. I loved her thought train as she entered his apartment and woke him up, too.

I enjoyed how Shep hit him even though she wanted to kiss him when she came into his room and saw him sleeping. Great way to display conflicted emotion. This story helped mend that snag in my heart from seeing Kaidan and Shep at odds in ME2. You write well.

The last time I actively waited for a fanfic update was with Sinvraal's stuff. You are a very talented writer. You don't fall into clichés, but you do use some tropes very well. Also, your Shepard is the cutest renegade ever, and your Kaidan is adorable without being in the least bit wangsty. Please write more. :-)
