I always liked Zack, but his thing for Max always kind of creeped me out. I like your version much better.

Loved how he spooked her and loved how he (and the only he really worth talking about- sorry Sketchy- here is Alec of course) got all protective of her and smoldered- yummy :) Love how she flew at the jerkwad and how it was Him who understood her and was able to calm her down (perfect way, btw). The way the two of them interacted was downright edible- him all sensible and protective and loving and in control, and her responding just the way she should. Loved how he played icky old Log-boy.

I've always wondered why Zack didn't come back into the series, or her other bros & sis for that matter. After all, they all had barcodes and even with their extra ten years experience in hiding in plain sight, they still would have been found out eventually, so they should have all headed for TC. Zack especially since he wouldn't have even known enough to hide his barcode- the thought that he would have been caught without his memory of who he was, who to turn to for help, or how to protect himself just hurts.

It was so sweet how he watched our for her- took care of her mood and worries and I loved how he played her. What a fantastic and, I would think, accurate twist you put on her memories of Manticore- there were good parts.

LOVED that it was one of her rants that made her accidentally drop the B-bomb :) (HUGELY wide grin) Love that even though you've fixed Zack up so that he isn't interested in her in the wrong way Alec is still aware of that potential and got jealous/possessive while still being pretty easy-going about it. Love how comfortale they got with each other.

What made you choose fencing? It was fun (and informative) but somewhat unusual.

It was really kind of sad that they had to leave. What about Joshua? It was kind of poetic though that they went back to where it had all begun for them. Hopefully that can become their TC and they'll be safer than trapped in the center of Seattle. But now you absolutely have to continue this- to let all of your adoring fans know what happens to them. Poor, poor Loggie-boy (tee-hee) :) Great fic :)

Okay, as I've stated before, I absolutely love all your 'Back To' stories, but this is by far my favorite. I love everything about it. Especially them going to stay at the Wyoming base. Please tell me you're going to turn this into a longer story and continue it from here. I'd love for you to continue this. Excellant story.

i liked that story. it never sat well with me that max would send zack away and never see him again. i like that this addressed that. i hope that there is another one.
