ellameno chapter 1 . 7/10/2016 UGH WHY ARE THE SWEETEST PEOPLE ALWAYS SO MARTYRED AND MISTREATED LIKE JESUS CHRIST LEAVE OLIVIA ALONE UGH Seriously that's a real thing for me. I hate that. It makes me glad these characters aren't real because I want to like save them from everything. You did really well writing this because they felt real... Such a good job. |
Zebrastreifen chapter 1 . 6/6/2016 Cute! The scarlet letter thing is a great metaphor! |

Nightwitch87 chapter 1 . 3/6/2010 Aww, nice ending! This was beautifully written and very insightful, observant with regards to all the details we only notice in passing on the show. I like your attention to these details, and your own way of interpreting them, of letting them speak about Olivia's psyche. You're quite perceptive and I can tell you know the show well. I like how you pick up Olivia's history as well, the "redeeming" nature of the work she does. I've always suspected that this need to "make up for things" is the motivation she has, and that things get hugely personal for her. Her need to be strong, to appear strong in front of her colleagues, and her guilt make sense as well. I also love that Elliot could just sit with her and be there for her even when she said she was "fine". I missed that on the show. Personally, I would have left out the "by Elliot" at the end, because the "L for loved" would have made a great last phrase, and it goes without saying that it was Elliot. The sentence about Olivia being his sun and his moon is, perhaps, a bit unusual for Elliot as well, unusually romantic, but I guess that's within the writer's freedom of taking the characters' presumed thought into a new realm. Overall, great story! |
