This was a fine excerpt and addition to the already growing legacy of beautifully written stories you have written thus far. Tsk a shame things turned out as they did but we all know life does have its cruel moments. Things don't always work out exactly as we won't them and stories don't always have a truly happy ending in a complete sense. I feel you were able to convey this message of reality while at the same time allow some measure of peace and comfort with these two. Flawless work as always Xaph.
