It was sad that Catherine and Nick were so quick and hell bent to lash out on Sara for her departure. Haven't they thought about there is this something called PTSD? Sara's past dysfunctional family life didn't help, either. Nick had his loving family to fall back on when he was recovering from his ordeal; what did Sara have? Grissom. A man who played with her head for years.

The story was well written, but the undertone I got was kind of 'venting frustration gainst Sara because Grissom could do no wrong' sentiment. I agreed it was regrettable the way the scriptwriter wrote Jorja's Sara off the show. They made her leave everything and everyone behind. They should have addressed the PTSD issue, but didn't. I am wondering if Grissom ever encouraged and suggested Sara to go for consoling?

Sara's fault was she fell for Grissom, and she paid a dear price for it. Could you endure all the emotional yo-yo game Grissom put Sara through? She stuck around through the years. Then the CSI series writers had to ruin it all in season eight.

I wouldn't worry about Grissom too much. Lady Heather would welcome him to share her bed anytime should he desire so. Sofia just might try her luck again on winning the Lottery Grissom Game if she could be convinced Catherine and Grissom were only friends. Was Teri Miller still happily married? Whatever happened to Charlotte?

I absolutely loved this story, the highs and lows that Gil was put through, that not only did he see what the past had done to Sara (himself included) but also what it had done to him. I think it was amazing that you had Catherine and Nick stand up for their friend, be able to voice their own feelings of Sara having left them and then make her realize that she belongs with Grissom always...GREAT WORK!

Well done! and I totally agree- when are TPTB going to get it that no one is buying the Grissom-is-spending-a-year-in-Paris-but-Sara-comes-back-to-work-at-the-lab thing! Come on! Let him teach at the local universtiy or stay in the condo writing a book or something!

I really enjoyed this story. I thought it was done good. I do have to say though I too got started reading fanfiction with Bonanza. Ilove that show.

A brilliant story. Well written and the character of Grissom was spot on, though I don't think Sara was that cold towards their relationship when she left. I think she was mentally a lot sicker. Though Grissom's hurt and confusion was heart felt. Please write some more.
