This was touching and sad, but it was heartbreaking to see Bryce like that. Even so, I loved this. The mention of their college days made me tear up a little :).

In general there's too few Chuck/Bryce stories out there, so it's wonderfull to have one there's so well written and in character as this one!

Wow, does this story have it all, brilliant, innovative, complex, and plausible. You write characters who are so human in even the most bizarre and stressful of circumstances.

Your Bryce reminds me a little of Kurt Vonnegut's Billy Pilgrim who became "unstuck in time."

That Bryce survives is both a miracle and the work of Chuck. I feel that in saving Bryce, Chuck saved himself, the innocent, sweet and loving person I adore.

This story was fantastic! I loved your unique take on both Bryce and Chuck becoming something more (and in some ways, less) than everyone else and coping together. It was beautiful and some of your descriptions really made an image hit home. Well done!
