Everytime I scroll to read my listed CCS favorite stories. I really start with this story before others again and again. And everytime I'm left in tears after reading. Very well-written and it just touches the depths of my heart. Absolute love for this fic! Kudos to you dear author!

ok first things first. let me say this.

your one-shot was beautiful.

probably one of the best one-shots I've ever read in ffnet. im guilty of having steered clear of this story for years (maybe it's because of my reluctance in reading fics where syaoran would lose his memory, the thought is just too painful) but damn did i regret. I read it and was blown away by the emotion. Yes, it was simple, but because of that everything felt so sincere. The wording was PERFECT and the characters were so human, i could've sworn they were real.

Will DEFINITELY re-read!

I remember reading this! Gee, I can't believe I didn't review or favourite this... But I found you again and this time, I want to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the read. In a world of fanfiction, you brought in believable issues people struggle with in the real world. I love the unconditional love Sakura has for Syaoran, and even the fact that he comes to remember himself briefly. Short and simple, you managed to pull my heart strings a second time. Great job :)

A really touching story.

Many authors mostly wrote about Sakura or Syaoran being blind or not being able to talk or maybe hear, but still mostly emphasising the fact they were 'fine' in spite of it, or even curing them along the story (which I'm fine with, I love happy endings the most!).

But this oneshot truly makes us feel the distress of a sick person who feels like something is wrong with them but just can't necessarily fight against it, how terrible it can be for themselves and their immediate entourage, and how beautiful it is to be loved by someone who won't give up on you in spite of such circumstances.

It was simple, short but inspiring.
