This was such an excellent scene in the show, and you did a good job of fleshing it out for us.

Lovely writing. The last few lines were exceptionally beautiful.

This is very nice- a simple yet eloquent look at Peter's view of things at a pivotal moment. And, I _love_ the phrase "a battering ram through a smoke screen". If that isn't the perfect description of Peter trying to pry something from Neal, I don't know what is.

Hope it's okay if I cross my fingers and make just a little wish that you'll spend just a bit more time here in this fandom.

beautifully written. i always love your NCIS fics, so finding this in WC was a treat. i thought that same thing about the prison cell when i saw this (although you articulated it much more eloquently than i could.)

That was so good! You smoothly captured so much drama and emotion in that scene (one of my absolute favorites in the series). Aw, I love Peter's POV regarding Neal, when he gets all protective and worried. XD

Really, that was beautifully written, too, and I love the poignant point you made at the end. We all love that Neal's the only one really holding himself back and his reasons are so adorable. Very well done!
