I know it's been a while, but it would be awesome if you continued this. It's a really interesting idea.

The two major problems I have with this is:
One, Dean would /never/ be willing or consent to being turned into anything non-human; he'd rather die. Agreeing right then and there to being a vamp just to save himself is completely OOC.
And two, if this is taking place sometime after Dean was brought back from Hell, why the fuck didn't they just call Castiel? All it would take is a, "Cas, please! Dean's dying." and he'd be there. BAM. Wounds healed. :\

It would've been better if you'd placed this maybe before Hell, or if you at least gave us a reason why the Winchesters wouldn't immediately turn to Cas for help for something like this. Pretty sure he'd come down and heal 'im than let him be turned.
And if Alice had seen a vision of Dean getting mortally wounded and would be Turned by them because of it, even if they didn't know the "how" of it, why didn't they just help safeguard him to prevent his Turning while he was around?

I do like that the Twilight characters are made aware of the Winchester's roles in the fate of the world, though. There's hardly any x-overs between these two that even touch on SPN plot besides the hunting aspect. Even less that do that /and/ include a bit of slash. So, thanks for that.
I also like how Dean's in the minority when it comes to control in the beginning. He should still be a badass no matter the species, dammit. :)
