I am brand-new to Mass Effect and this was the first fic that was recommended to me upon my completion of ME2; one chapter in and I can already see why. Thoughtful, mournful, and cheekily accurate- and I love the codex entry at the end! Thrilled I have so much more of this to look forward to.

Mass Effect is great, but I feel there isn't enough crew interaction in the 2nd game. Tali and Garrus are especially quiet. I've always wanted to write something like this, little bits to fill in the gaps, But this is light years beyond anything I could come up with. You're a pro.

Not sure if you're still reading these in 2020, but I wanted to take a couple minutes and thank you for your work. This was a joy to read from beginning to end. The extra detail and POV writing style was a lot of fun and gave a fresh take on a lot of these characters.

Couple things, if you ever did finish your original work, would you be able to post a link to it in your bio? You're one of the more talented writers I've read on this site and I would love to see the story you could create using a blank canvas.

Also, after this much time do you have any intention of writing me3? This story holds up incredibly well on its own, but I can't help but feel I would love to see how you tackled the next chapter in the Mass Effect universe. (Especially Javik)

I liked it gave it a realistic look and thought to it battles are ugly and don't always goes as planned like how you established that and you delved into each character a bit more thier back sorry and personalities and mannerisms QUITE REMARKABLE WRITING

I love the way you gave more backstory to all these characters and did more with them then almost any author ive seen before and the collector base had a tenseness ive rarely seen before, still you never expanded on that plan EDI came up with that needed talis help, and the migrant fleet portions were some of the worst I have encountered short of the extreme fringes of the fandom that cause wtf moments, even korris in the nursery which I think was supposed to make him seem nicer only came across as him abusing power and being a jerk while giving all the kids parents and gerral the middle finger in the to mention the inconsistently your version of quarian childhoods.
