   3DPhantom chapter 2 . 2/26/2018 I imagine Shinichi did all that on purpose so KID could get away. Detective like him, he'd have known that KID was as good as caught because he'd made the mistake of not realizing Shinichi was back to full size. Kaito wouldn't have been likely to escape if not for them getting mixed up. Jumping him, I think, was Shinichi's way of giving Kaito a chance to escape by allowing the other people present to mix them up. Also explains why Shinichi might have said "my birthday" on purpose because he knew it would make Ran jump to the wrong conclusion. |
