Missed this fix the first go round and was delighted to come across it this weekend. I’m glad I read the prequel. “Impasse” makes the story feel more complete to me, but I’m sure any updates will be even more nuanced and intriguing. Thanks for writing.

OMG! I only realized 3/4 of the way through that this story was not complete. Thanks for supplying the Tau Klith healer's motivation for "attacking" Kirk. At least that mystery is solved. Now I need to know, who is T'Prel? What was unhealthy about Spock and Uhura's state of mind when they melded? What is he needing now? Why did the Tau Klith lie about trying to kill Kirk, Uhura and Spock? Am I going to get my HEA? I truly hope your muse returns for this one! Here's wishing you a lazy beach vacation (or any place more to your liking where you can write this ending!).

Oh noooooo! Like, OHHHH HELL NOOOOOO! I just started reading this story of yours a couple hours ago based upon a recommendation from a friend. But, yo man, this was horrible. There's also only 8 installments even though you wrote that 10 installments would fully complete the story. It's also been 7 years since you last updated this story so...are you done with it? A WIP forever? I think that would really kill me if that's the case.

I have to add to the previous outcry - leaving this complex story on a cliff edge is cruel. Your talent is evident, so I hope you will return if only to finish this piece.

I'll be frank: I need you to finish this immediately. I realise it's been four years since an update but please have mercy on us poor undeserving lot and do us the kindness of tying this all up in a nice happy bow because this cliff-hanger sits far too uncomfortably.

This story is so well done. I love reading about how Spock and Uhura navigate their relationship while working. Also, it is refreshing to read a new take on their origin story.
