ChildrenAreMySoulFood chapter 1 . 10/1/2014 DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND A FIC WITH BELARUS HAVING AN ACTUAL PERSONALITY?! Sorry, I'm just tired of her always being "MARRY ME RUSSIE OR ILL KILL EVERYONE!" |
afairysghost chapter 1 . 2/16/2013 That was really great! I loved how Belarus seemed so...normal! |
Anonymous chapter 1 . 11/17/2012 I love it! I think I may support BelarusxItaly in the near future! This is a great short story! |
RaegyStorm chapter 1 . 8/10/2012 I really like how you wrote this! I like to think that Belarus is only insane when her brother is around, it's nice to see someone write her as a little same for once! . And I love how you wrote Italy and Romano, I'm sure they can have some courage when they need it! Nice job overall! |
Sadari chapter 1 . 5/16/2011 no real pairing, but great! I loved Belarus' consistency. Good job! sadari~ |
Sushi Sensei chapter 1 . 3/16/2011 OMG ure right it is a nice change that belarus isnt like scaring everyone and italy is like more courageous nic i like it XD |

Neku the Last Reaper chapter 1 . 2/13/2010 I remember reading this in the paper and I thought first of Hetalia! I'm glad you turned this into a fic! Thanks for posting it and great job! I'm happy that you didn't make Belarus completely nuts, it's nice to see her portrayed as more human! And hurray for Italy running to Germany for help, it's nice to have friends. |
Neo-byzantium chapter 1 . 2/8/2010 Nice story Xascul. I'm glad that Belarus and the Italy brothers managed to warm up to each other. It'd be interesting to see other nations of Europe visit Belarus's place. I enjoy seeing stories where Belarus isn't portrayed as some psycho monster. I can easily see her regaining bits of her sanity over time as is shown here. I also like how the Italy brothers didn't act like idiotic goofballs despite their fear of Belarus. Anyways, keep up the good work. |
kwaiiChan-chan chapter 1 . 2/7/2010 very fun story. i liked it. also kind of refreshing to see belarus as not some kind of complete psycho-witch |
Tiamatwizard chapter 1 . 2/6/2010 I love it when people try to go out and write stories with characters that usually don't interact in canon. Some end badly, but this one turned out great! Good job keeping Belarus in-character. Compared to N. Italy, she's kind of difficult. Romano was nice too, even if he didn't do too much. My only problem: "“Vell, it can't be helped. I could give you a bit of advice on how to approach her. First, don't try and hit on her as you would normally do and second, try not to do anything too stupid okay? Also, not to put more pressure on you or anything, but as you're a member of the EU as well, don't forget that you are not just representing your country, but us as well. So try not to make us look bad okay?” the blonde nation told him." You started with accents and everything (ex. 'Signorina', and Germany's line when he picked up the phone), but then right about there ( "vell" to "well") it died. Then later you bounced back with the Italy's 'signorina' title. Remember to take it all the way if you're doing accents! I don't blame you, though. Keeping up with accents can be hard sometimes, especially with a German or Russian accent~ Overall, it was really cute, and very well done~! |
Gemini Artemis chapter 1 . 2/6/2010 I really enjoyed this fic, and I'm actually a little sad that it won't be continued, because I'd absolutely love to see more of the interesting relationship between Belarus and the Italy brothers. I agree that this change of pace is really nice, and I like the way you portrayed Belarus here; she's insane, probably more insane than Russia, but she also has her mostly sane moments. It's so amusing that it was Italy who had to visit her, but I was glad when the brothers sort of got over their fear a little. |
