Elena Emmanuelle H chapter 1 . 6/8/2010 oh I hope that some parts of this happen in the show. Like her moving on since he is supposed "changed man" and she leaves him be but then he reveals that it was his plan to win her over with his good guy behaviour, he wanted to be better in her eyes, but it backfired and she told him that he isn't the man she loved. Then he would get rid of the prop-GF, and start torturing himself, only this time without ho*kers. Following, he would go after her when she is about to move in with some other BF, and the scene where he bangs the door in this story happens. Only she tells him, that tricking her into believing a good-guy act, is not the same as becoming a better man. It isn't the same as actually changing and as long as he continued to try and win her over with tricks instead of actually proving himself by hard work, she could not trust him. Cause as soon as she would be gone or they have a fall out, he will go and betray her somehow. I hope that the first step in the show that he takes is going into AA-type meetings. Sure he isn't an alcoholic but he needs to learn how to think before acting, maybe checking into the Ostroff Center even. Then understand the WRONG of living in the Empire and moving out of there, maybe signing over the hotel on her name as a gesture, and then take back BAs Industries. Also, the reason why I never really acknowledged S3 Chuck as the real Chuck, is because in S2 Bass Industries was so important to him, no matter what his father thought of him this was his legacy. Not to mention that Chuck came to terms that his father thought him WORTHY of Bass Inc. And the selling of his 51% shares for ONE hotel is just incredibly STUPID and unrealistic that it made my Economics teacher laugh. To think BILLIONS worth shares would be cashed out all at once, and that ONE little hotel worth a couple of millions would be the exchange - that is like robbery. THEN and only then would it be possible to forgive him. Why they don't do that on the show I'll never know. |

LetMeIn1812 chapter 1 . 2/6/2010 This far from sucks. I loved all of the honest raw emotion and the battle of wills. The way Blair was fighting with the kids, herself, Sebastian, and Chuck all at one time. Chuck was her foundation to how they built their life and now she is teetering trying to balance it all and she could do it, if she realy had the drive to do it, but she knew deep down that it was not over. Chuck really does have a lot of things to make up for and a lot of issues to work out with Blair, I am just very thankful that he saw Richie when he did. The way Chuck showed up in his usual manner not thinking of how the children would see him was very classic Chuck. I can see him doing that with no problem, but I am glad that it took Evie to make him realize what a fool he was making in front of his children. The way Richie took such a firm stance for his father, the way he favores him in looks and attitude must be so heartbreaking to Blair, and on top of it she was trying to fight Chuck and a mini Chuck at the same time. I loved the way once they were all out side the limo "Both Bass men matched their glares at whom they considered their number one enemy." The mental image of this is something I have been replaying over and over. It really is perfect. The way Chuck was just over whelmed with guilt, shame and sadness really hit me hard. I could feel the way his eyes were just begging for her to listen, to understand, to forgive him or at least listen to him, was really amazing too. When Chuck offered to take them to a hotel so they could stay with Blair, he was trying so hard in that moment to be a good father and husband and stop screwing up, I am sure Blair recognized how hard that must be for him, but I am glad she made the decision for the children and herself. At least for now. I loved that in their talk outside of the limo Blair brought up how they got to this point and let him know that she can't go back to that again she won't. I loved that once she said "okay", she felt relief, but reminded him that she does not want to regret this and have to go througth this all again. For whatever it is worht I really liked this, it was very emotional and full of real life drama and all of the complications that come with it. |
