I like it, you gave her a dark moment in her past (not a whole dark past since that would be a cliche for OC's)that actually feels realistic. But I do wonder why you chose the name Black Boots for the gang name. No offence but that sounds kind of...childish...

I felt that this chapter was just, rushed with Zoro and Nami coming. Nami seemed to ... outwardly mean, and I say outwardly because she always puts on a sweet front while making bitter plans. Also Zoro seems...flat in this chapter... Nonetheless it was an interesting read, I'll hope that the next chapters an improvement.
