This would be a great start to a Harry in Slytherin story!
Without his father to fall back on Draco is only a small boy.
The teaching that Bellatrix must have given Harry would let him do well in Slytherin.

Year one. The stone would be unchanged.
Year two. No chamber of secrets, the diary would be found with Lucius. Lockhart is still a problem.
Year three. Sirius is free, but Peter could escape.
Year four. Triwiz is still on, Peter and Barty bring back Tom.
Year five. Fudge, Umbitch, still there, but Bellatrix is Harry's MOTHER, so Bella vs bitch, no guessing who wins...
Years six and seven, without the Malfoys gold Tom is having problems, the rest is up to you.

This has been one of my faves since... 2011? I think? It's been in the bookmarks of each of the gadgets I've had since then. I think I've read it at least 10 times or more? Well, I wish you'd continue it, but at the same time it's already a great story. I think I've reviewed this before and I don't remember what I typed but oh well.

This is a really interesting spin on the Harry Potter Universe I must say.

I wonder how much more mischief Harry will get into being raised by not just one but two Blacks? I honestly hope you continue this someday. It makes me wonder how different Harry's spell arsenal and magical knowledge would be in this "world" you made.

I can just see Harry looking back and forth between Bella and Sirius at the platform: "What if I split the difference and try for Ravenclaw? That way both of you will be disappointed, but not hate me for siding with the other one."

This is a great one shot. I hope some day you expand it.
