Beautifully written love story!

This is the most beautiful Merlin/Morgana story I have ever read. The fact that you included Mordred and Morgause makes it much more interesting. This big quirky family is how they should have all been. I've always thought that Morgause would make a great aunt to Morgana's children. And I've imagined any child/children between Emrys and Morgan le Fay to have their quirks, beauty, intelligence, and magical abilities. They would be the most powerful kids the world has ever known. Epic legend.
I'm surprised that in your story, Merlin wasn't acknowledged as Emrys amongst the Druids, especially with the way they worship him as their saviour and prophet. Anyway, it was done well. They accepted him into their camp as a brother and friend.

Arthur knowing and accepting Merlin's magic was what did it for me. I was so happy. With the story written in Morgana's POV, I couldn't tell how Arthur's first reaction was when he found out about Merlin's magic. But I'm glad he accepted it before even his father's death.

And Merlin choosing to be Mordred's mentor was sweet of him. After all, he had to believe that if Morgana could avoid the path of darkness set for her by destiny, Mordred could also avoid his ill-fated future. Him being part of Merlin's family warmed my heart.

I must say I think it go a little against the setting, to have Hynydd have bigger magical potential than Merlin, Merlin isn't wholly natural after all, the will of magic supercharged him to create a champion, there don't seem to be any need for a new champion in the next generation, so while Hynydd should be extremely strong, she shouldn't be quite up to Merlin's raw power, because there's no crisis to make such a supercharge necessary.

Always love a happy ending for Merlin and Morgana. It is beautiful that they are married, have a child and another on the way.

It is so refreshing to see the family moments in this story. I love the relationship between Merlin and Morgana. This is definitely a favorite story. I list you among my favorite authors.

I love how you have Merlin and Morgana fighting together to save Camelot. Adding Morgause to the mix with a peace agreement and help along with the family dinners is icing on the cake. Of course, Hunith is awesome, This is definitely my favorite story.

Thank you for giving Merlin and Morgana an official wedding. I loved the description of the town embracing Merlin, wanting him to be happy. I was also thrilled to see Hunith living in close by to help Morgana.

I really like this different take on their romance! It feels much more natural and believable. Awesome job!
