This is one of the best Anakin/Padme stories I have ever read, and that couple never fails. :) I had a crush on Anakin/Vader when I was a teenager, but I still loved him and his Angel together.

I love Anakin and Padme stories. This one is wonderful.

Beautifully done and I like the fact that this reads as something much more than an explicit fic that will satisfy fanboys' imaginations. The build up is crafted with detail and sets up Anakin as a predatory entity, driven by primal needs, and this is captured perfectly in the moment in which he almost pounces on Padme.

I was especially intrigued by the line: "Anakin is my lover, my protector, my demon, my love", here, 'my demon' is starkly out of place in the context of the neighbouring titles, it suggests an inner darkness (which you refer to later) - perhaps even a sense of malevolence, if one considers the nature of a demon.

This line I also found interesting: "I clutch him to me as I shatter, his shout rings in my ears". Usually, its the female cry of pleasure that is described when a couple reach thier climax, however, in light of the predatory nature Anakin is given throughout, his shout seems to convey a primal sense of possession; and the fact that Padme 'shatters' as though breaking beneath his power and authority is an interesting use of the word.

Wow, that was poetic and intense. Romantic and scary at the same time. I like how you show Padme's fascination for Anakin, including his dark side. Thanks for sharing it.

Beautifully written throughout. The story was wonderful just for this line alone:

"Anakin is my lover, my protector, my demon, my love. From him there is nothing – and everything – to fear." -absolutely electrifying.

The only fault i have with it is that the actual love scene seems slightly abrupt. I read this on the Jedi Council Forums and i actually think the less explicit version, where it was implied rather than explicitly stated, was better. Just a little thing though but it still works relatively well here.

I love the way the possession theme threads through this piece - how it's a part of the way Anakin loves her, and how she knows it and likes it.
