Oh did i have mixed feels for this story. Not going to lie, this one kind of gave me nightmares. Very well written and of course i loved how good everyone was in this situation. (also really enjoyed the epilogues) Kind of sad they only had one kid though.
However, and here's the thing, i can see this happening, but i can also see it not happen; meaning i don't think she would have had Aimee - at all. When the team found her, Janet (and everyone) knew what had happened, Janet would have immediately started her one all the drugs to help heal as well as the ones to prevent/stop pregnancy. And yes i'm sure you know that and someone has already pointed it out, i'm sorry, just getting this out of my system. And if you want delete this review.
These types of stories just hit a little too close to home for me. Something kind of similar happened to a cousin of mine some - oh about ten or so years ago(we were late teens/early twenties anyway) - since then the whole debate of the legal-es of abortion or not just drives me crazy. No matter where someone stands, at the end of the day, it is whomever's body and they should do what is right for them. That being said, i loved how you really had these characters looking at it from all sides and seeing what they thought.
