Really great version of this scene. I like that Toph and Zuko are both being vulnerable in different ways. And that you added depths to Toph beyond "tough". ;)

This was perfect! Absolutely hilarious! I could totally hear Zuko's panicky "What are you doing?" too. And props for Toph's blind joke at the end there! Seriously Sokka, when will you learn? haha

I also really like your reasoning for why Toph cares about including Zuko and how it's not just that she can feel his emotions, but that her personality is a factor as well. ("she, for one, doesn't like being ignored for the monsters in his head.") You don't find many character pieces that aren't mostly agnst, and even if this isn't exactly a character piece, you've managed to capture Toph well while also writing a funny and heartfelt story. Awesome job! :)

Very true to the characters. I'm surprised they never did an episode touching on something like this.

Sokka falls for that every time! Zuko does have really pale skin, so does Toph, actually, but she might tan some.

I loved this .. how she tried to incorporate him and then Aang being his adorable self and trying to help too.

Cute story-I like the part at the end, about how both Toph and Aang realize Zuko's isolated. Nice!

I really liked this. Everyone is in character and it all flows like it could be a missing scene. Very well written.

Very nice story. It's unfortunate how long it took for me to find a good one, but it definitely helped me enjoy it more. It also makes me want more of this. Guess I'm gonna have to look through your stuff to see if you wrote any other Toph/Zuko stuff aren't I?
