Weather Wizard already exists as a different character. He is a Rogue in Central City, and an antagonist to the Flash in DC. Just saying that maybe next time you should try googling the superhero name before using it. :D

I like that you show that Candace wants to bust her brothers for their own safety, but it's a shame this was made in 2010 because that means that Dennis doesn't have his robot suit

I really like the story! As for a little friendly criticism though... I get the feeling you're using spellcheck really fast, right? You have a lot of wrong tenses/misplaced words. It'd help a lot to look over your work once more by hand.
