This story was very well done! ! The suspense, the romance, the details, the occasional comic relief, all AWESOME.

But what could've been wrong with Kairi at the end? I'm guessing something went terribly wrong in her body after Amaya was born to cause the bleeding, and hitting her head right afterwards probably made it worse with the possibilities of a concussion and brain damage. Is she in a coma? ! I hope she isn't dead! !

Are you going to write another chapter or a sequel to this? I think there are other readers that want to know what happened to Kairi. Maybe after you're done with "shadows of Reality: Final Mix"?

I have absolutely no idea what the outcome was. Poor Kairi...

Okay. I'm gonna give you what is probably the most crack-pot theory you've heard so far. (Bare in mind that I know very little about pregnancy and child birth, though even I kind of doubt this one.) Kairi was pregnant with twins and the second one decided to hang out for another week before being born. Yeah... dumb, I know. But, all the other ideas I had were taken.

I do hope you intend to tell us what happened. Even if it is super depressing.

Ok, I think I mentioned this in my PM before, but I REALLY want to know if Kairi is okay or not. Ugh...cliffhangers. She's probably dead, but sigh. I guess it's OK because they have a child together. Is it wrong to think that? The thing with me is that I tend to think it's OK for one partner to die as long they had a child together. The child is kind of living proof that they were once in love (unless it was one night stand or rape kind of situation...) so yeah. Also, he has a piece of her so I guess it OK. But still. Really depressing. Do you know the song Iris by Goo Goo Dolls? It's one of my favorite songs (my favorite being She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5) and this fanfic reminded me of that song...for some really odd reason.

Very nicely done; as for the ending, I'm going to assume that Sora is being overdramatic and somehow Aqua saves Kairis heart or something. Cuz anything else just sucks haha

Wow. This story is incredible. I love how you wrote it. I suck at reading between the lines, but the inner optimist in me wants to say that Kairi's going to make it but then again, why else would she be crying at the end of the story. Poor Sora :( I hope you continue this. It's really great!

I'm no good at reading between the lines! But, this is really interesting so far... Oh, and if Sora really does want to get a weapon to drive away the boys, a shotgun always seems to work. Haha, and a hormonal Kairi must have been terrifying. Well, I'd like to guess, but you would like that now would you? But I do hope that you didn't screw over Kairi like how you might. The writing was really great! I thought it was suspenseful and moving (basically saying that I was caught up in the entire story). I loved the way you organized the story too, and it really comes to the climax by the end as well. I'm new to fanfiction, and you got my very first review! To sum it up, awesome job with the story.

Now, as for trying to guess what Kairi's fate is, I'll try. I don't know much about pregnancy at all, but it seems throughout the story that Kairi's condition, from getting pregnant to after Amaya was born, was always on the extreme, low side, and I think she's most probably in the vegetative or coma state (though I do think that death is probable, even if it is a very extreme possibility). For example, it took Kairi three months to get pregnant, and I'm assuming that Kairi was not using birth control pills at that time, so I think it must mean that her body is rejecting having the pregnancy. It seems that her body continues to try and reject it, for Kairi seems to have the worst mood swings and have the worst side effects that come with pregnancy.

But, not only do I think her reproductive organs are going crazy, I think much of it also relates to how Kairi fell on the steps. With her already rather unstable condition, falling on the steps is really the worst that could happen. I think, due to the fall, her internal systems might have gotten somewhat damaged, since the fall adds the stress on herself and on Amaya. This seems especially evident when Kairi's heart stops (I think that's what you meant) after Amaya is born. Later, when Kairi faints in the bathroom due to internal bleeding and she hits her head on the ceramic counter, I think she might have sustained major internal and brain damage (the internal damage coming through the entire pregnancy and the after-effects of pregnancy, and the brain damage from the fainting and hitting her head). Also, her heart is probably in a really weak state too since it stopped once. In general, I don't think Kairi's condition is faring for the beter, especially since in your ending, you say that Amaya started crying. Love the story! I hope you write more and that you will write a request story at some point!

Hi, it's me... i'm sorry I haven't reviewed in a while, i've been busy with school and such.

I like the writing, it's like dramatic but not overly so, although my favorite part was Roxas driving like a mad man, that just put a funny visual in my head... (*cough* Axel influenced *cough*) about guessing Kairi's fate, I think she's dead or in a coma or something. there's actually only one line that really told me,"“Sora, honey…” his mother’s calm voice shook across the phone, and he could hear the hesitance in her voice." it's like shes calm okay that could be a good thing, then it shook so, mabye not. The last thing is the hesitant, if she was okay why hesitate? also the entire passagess before it not only explained the back story, it was like remembering the good times after someone has passed. so that's my theaory, here's hoping :).

Wow, really amazing. And, you know, evil. Cliffhanger ending? Really?

The writing was brilliant. I like the way you switch back and forth from the current predicament with all the sweet scenes with Sora and his daughter to the flashbacks leading up to it.

And there are so many funny moments!

"Still, sometimes I think you’re father is still going to beat me up if he ever got proof that I was sleeping with you.” BWAHAHAHA. (Oh, and it should be 'your'.) Everything from that until the end of that scene is hilarious. "Good times." Keeheehee.

I love the choice of the name Amaya. It fits really well. It's a lot like Layla, which is what I've used for their daughters name. They're both sort of islandy, which is what seems to me to fit for Sora and Kairi's kid. I hate it when people use overly-Western sounding names for KH OCs or character's family member's names. The most normal is gets in the KH-world is like 'Olette' or 'Lea'. (Well, not normal, but Western-ish.) All this to say, I love the name.

Oh, I hate having to guess what the outcome of a story is. I always seem to guess wrong. Well, here goes, I suppose. My preference would be to believe that it all turned out okay, and if you run with the idea that Sora and Kairi’s hearts are so deeply intertwined, it seems to me that he would have felt it if she died, or something.

However, the first time I read that line where Sora’s mother is on the phone, I thought, Well, that sounds like how you talk to someone before you give them some REALLY bad news. And while whatever was originally wrong with her sounds BAD, head plus ceramic sink usually does not equal happy ending.

Realistically, I suppose it’s more likely you’ve decided she’s carked it. However, I don’t want to spend the next ten minutes feeling depressed, so I’ll believe she lives, at least.

So, what’s my final guess then? Hm. Okay, I’m gonna guess that if she lived, she at least probably wouldn’t be able to have any more kids.

Oh, and sorry for the novel of a review.
