Wow I'm coming back to these fanfictions (this and HUS) after reading them years and years ago and am surprised to find them as well-written and... beautiful as I remember. That doesn't always happen with fanfiction. The characters in both stories are so well developed and the plotting/detail is on a professional level if you ask me.

But a story, as well-written as it is, needs a heart and for me the ultimatle strength here is the relationship between the origional Cloud and Leon. The chemistry you portrayed between them is unbelievable, I literally get a pain in my chest whenever they touch or argue or admit their respect for eachother. Leon's pull towards Cloud is so tender. It got off to a bad start but I think he was doomed from the very first sight of Cloud and in their situation, voilence and brutality was the natural way to go. The development throughout the chapters was phenominal from there and had me in tears long before the final death scene.

And now in this fic, the very few moments we get with them stand out so strongly, the chemistry is naturally there in your writing of them. I love the sense that they've been floating in the wind always trying to catch hands. God, its so touching and I'd really like to see them find eachother and peace at last.

Wow I remember reading heart under seige and was absolutely in love with the story. I was sad with how that one ended but when I seen this one I was happy to find out what happened. I can't wait for you to update. I really want to find out what happens next.

I LOVE THIS FIC! Please continue it! This is so brilliant. I love how you were able to intertwine so many Final Fantasys' and Kingdom Heart references. Makes me want to play the games again. I thought it was especially fantastic how you created the whole SOLDIER and SeeD duo. It made reading all the chapters especially thrilling and left me on my seat for more!

I, for one like the idea of Leon on the bottom while Cloud tops and it's hard to find fics like that. Especially good ones with dynamic stories like this one. The many other pairings and relationships in this story was a great combination and really made me like how you write the characters.

All in all, I can't get over how much I love your story right now. So. Much. LOVE! I really hope that you haven't abandoned on this wonderful piece because I see so much potential for future story progression as well as more insight on Cloud and Leon's developing relationship!

Yes, finally finished this fic! I love this series. I've enjoyed this a lot, even the not-so-comfortable scenes.

I'm actually amused with the body-soul swap, Hahahah but overall I think they worked out fine. For some people submissive Leon is strange, but I'll accept this if it's done well.
