I loved how you wrote this from different POVs; from Sam's confusion and despair to Dean's anger then fear, without forgetting the sympathetic hospital staff all caring for the mysterious but handsome 'John Doe'. It was so sad to finally realise that Sam hadn't meant to leave like Dean thought. Their reunion was heartbreaking and just what Sam needed to pull out of the darkness. All of that made it a lovely story ;)

Do you know that I was up till 3AM to finish reading this?! With tears streaming down my face, a smile on my mouth, and feels in my heart. Then I slept in the next day. So I blame you for my lack of sleep, and the fact that I only dreamt about Supernatural that night! ;) Very beautifully written.
