I first referred to this story on the HPFF site, after you gave me permission. I am re-posting my 19 year stories on , and just had to read this story again. It is just such a delightful little tearjerker of a story that I had to add it to my canon.

I will be glad when your cats allow you to finish the "Gravel on the Ground" stories.

Awww, this story was so cute! You did a great job of making all of the boys be in character, with the twins’s “natural talent” for salesmanship and Percy doing the other boy’s homework for Galleons being two examples. The sorry was sweet and heartwarming, and I really enjoyed it! :)

I loved this story! An enchanting glimpse of the Weasleys as a family. I think my favourite part was Ron giving up his treasured comics for his sister. Well Done!

Read this 5x and still cried. Super love your story

You've made me cried. As in, I'm starting crying since the beginning of the story until the end though it's happy tears. I'm still crying while writing this review. I've cried reading Ginny's innocence, Molly and Arthur's helplessness, the Weasley boys contributions, Bill and Charlie were buying and even the store owner's reaction and most is when Ginny was crying when there's no dollhouse. Oh Merlin! You're really really good

By far one of the best stories I have ever read. You captured all of the Weasleys perfectly, and I can totally imagine that those amazing older brothers that Ginny has would do this without a doubt. On top of all that, you managed to capture the essence of Christmas in this awesome story. In short fabulous, keep writing.

Perfect tale

This is one of my two favourite Christmas fanfics now, I am so happy and warm and I LOVE THE WEASLEYS! This is so them. Making sacrifices so that their little sister doesn't get her happiness crushed on Christmas. And Ron was written perfectly, which I love, because a lot of people just write him off as ignorant and rude, but selling his comics is something he would totally do. Also I love the way you wrote Percy, and the way he cares for his family. It was so well done. He was very logical and Percy-like, but it was because he wanted to protect his sister and not have her get her hopes up. Absolutely love your writing, and it really shows how the real joy of Christmas comes from giving. The Weasleys are the best family ever.

This has to be one of the most well-written, charming holiday stories I've read in ANY fandom. Not only did I love it to pieces, I'm going to make a point of reading it once a year at Christmastime. SO beautiful...I have tears in my eyes now. Thank you for sharing this!
