WOW.. This insight into Tony and Gibbs is very well done. Can't say I understand BDMS, but I can understand Tonys need for atonement/being taken down as well as the inner working you give Gibbs for seeing and straightening up those "difficult kids". Thanks for this experiment of yours.

I was a little confused with what you were saying about this story perhaps offending some people. I thought this was about Gibbs being a dom but not grasping the concept and being disgusted with himself. I myself am not in the lifestyle but I know a few Doms and know one particular who was pretty uncomfortable with herself and her fantasies up until she was introduced to the world and what it all meant.

But after reading I can see why you were worried. No worries over here though. I wasn’t offended, I think it was insightful actually. I realize most fanfiction caters to what people desire to read and only the ‘good things’ but having believability is important to some of us. And things are not always sunshine and roses. As long as the stories end happily I am satisfied. Sad endings stink, if only because life can be a little rough …why add more sadness then necessary.

Either way. I really liked it! That is what all that hot air was about. Lol.

Good fic! I'm glad you included the epiloge, and I can see why Tony would go to the club, since his reasoning does make sense. And I think you did really well with a topic as delicate and unaccepted as BDSM. I personally don't have a problem with that lifestyle -one of my friends is actually a Domitrix- or any lifestyle, so I'm glad you handled it the way you did. Great fic!

I really, really like this story BECAUSE you took another point of view - and I think you did a really good job at it!

I also loved Gibbs, when he said he didn't hire Tony for his smile - and that's what Tony says to Kate

Just wanted to say I enjoyed your look into Gibbs thinking because this is how I see him. Gibbs isn't politically correct because he knows that such a position is a waste of time. I also don't think he'd like weak and needy people to be exploited. I just wanted to say I thought your story was very canon and showed a depth to Gibbs that is sometimes missing.

I think your little experiment is doing fine. Enjoyed much so far, glad your leaving it as an either or as I don't see Gibbs and Tony "together". Mentor, yea, very much so. Also Gibbs not being "politically correct" works fine for me, but then I am only one person. I think your doing great here.

I think this story was well written and quite possible. It does pass judgement on the lifestyle but it is a realistic point of view. Many people don't understand it and think there is something wrong with it. This story didn't say that Gibbs thought these people were bad, just in his opinion it just didn't make sense. Some people really just feel that way.

I liked how he helped Tony find what he really needed. It is true that he would make the perfect Dom, if only we could temp him with the dark side, LOL.

Great experiment. I really enjoyed the story. Glad Tony could figure out why he did what he did and was willing to change it. Even more happy to see Gibbs give him the chance.
