As a Floridian, I can confirm that those who don't hate gays outright are just fine with you being gay because everyone's gay anyways. We'll just make fun of you for it.

This is one of the best fics for this ship I've read. Which might actually not mean much considering it's friggin 2018 and I just joined this fandom. Nonetheless, it was very enjoyable and well written. I often indulge in slightly more WC "ooc" stories, but I'm glad you managed to portray both of their characters in such an accurate way without making it a horrible, abusive rape-y mess.

An emotional rollercoaster from the very start, I loved how you focused on everything, not just the relationship. It was nice to see insight of Chris's life and the shenanigans at the RPD even if it isn't canon.

Is sad to know almost for sure that you won't write the sequel of this (though the ending felt conclusive and satisfying) but it's understandable. You already did wonders and I'm pretty sure you're still doing the work of God with your actual stories.

I'm not sure if you still read reviews for this work but I felt compelled to tell you how much I enjoyed it.

The way you built up the minor characters, so much so that my heart ached the closer the story got to the mansion incident. I started off eager to get to the mansion but, the more I read and became attached to the characters, to the tumultuous relationship between Chris and Wesker, I started to dread it. Not to mention, journeying with Chris as he fell in love and then into mourning. How truly bittersweet to read their happier moments, knowing what awaits them in the end.

It just really touched me and I hope you're still out there, writing for you, because you're amazing at it.
