I have my own HP Crossover (I'm not logged in at the moment - it's called HP and the Devilishly Handsome American Doctor) and I noticed while writing dialogue for Snape and House how similar they are... it kind of weirded me out. Put in a few contractions and make it a little more crass, and pretty much anything Snape says could easily have come out of House's mouth. |

| zafaran chapter 1 . 8/17/2011 {snicker} I've read this before, but since I've got stories in both my favorites and C2 that haven't been review because of issues with the review system on the day I'd read them, I thought I'd check and see if I'd actually posted a review on this. I hadn't, so I thought I'd do it now. This is a marvelous one-shot, and I'm making it into an ebook so I can reread it on my ebook reader/PDA (currently a Kindle and a Blackberry since I've read both a Cybook Gen3 ebook reader and an HP Jornada PDA to death in the last 12 years). Severus Snape is my favorite character in the HP books, and I tend to enjoy any story that lets him survive Dumbledore's murderous manipulations and have a decent life afterward. I hope your muse and schedule will allow you to write and post more chapters on more stories sometime soon. Keep up the good work. Zafaran |

| Miriam1 chapter 1 . 11/2/2010 This was hysterical! I'm not sure that I buy House as a wizard, but I like the idea of finding a logical reason to put House and Snape together. It would also explain House's antagonism to religion, as most monotheistic religions are against magic. But I could very well see Snape and House tag-teaming against James Potter. (It kind of defeats the whole angst of 4-against-1 thing, but this was a fun image to play with. I just... I could see the prank war. House is good that way.) This was a fun jaunt.
