Hmmm, not really an ending. Sometimes I think I should read the last chapter before embarking on these journeys. I’m sad that there isn’t any pay off to all the build up. You’ve left it so open ended, all for your sequel. One that hasn’t happened in six years. Pretty safe to say it never will now. I’m hoping that all the time away is that your off being really successful in you original fiction world. Hoping the best for you. Good luck.

I’m pleasantly surprised that Jacob was nice and that it looks as though they will remain friends. I still think the Elders have no right to mandate someone there when Bella is alone with Charlie. She’d been alone with her mother for months when she was weeks old. Than she was around Charlie for a good month before they even knew of Bella being a vampire. I almost wish Charlie did know so he could point this out to the Elders and tell them to back the hell off. Although I a, glad they are engaged now, I don’t like that he manipulated her into it. They could’ve come up with some other plausible explanation for her running off. I’m sad that when they look back on this, she'll always remember it as being manipulated into it. Yes, they love each other and will well into forever. Why the rush for it to be now? There could’ve been a time jump to this time next year and it being more natural to get engaged. *shrugs* Rosalie's apology fell flat. She knew from day one what Bella sacrificed for family. Using that as her excuse to be a right bitch to Bella was not believable. I think she just liked being a bitch to Bella. Now that she protected the family, the family won’t put up with it and she was forced to apologize. I don’t buy it. Charlie’s going to lose his mind. I’m not sure Carlisle being there is going to make much of a difference. Eek!

Did anyone stop to check if there were security cameras at the studio? Cameras neear the studio in other businesses? Will they be all over the news in Phoenix now, shown leaving the blaze behind them? Renee was weirdly accepting of Bella being asked to be married. I don’t think Charlie will be as accepting. I’m thinking she is going to be right and be grounded forever. I also think that Bella and Edward need to go to Florida on spring break, as then they can use the excuse of a project for class to not go outside in daytime. How will they ever be able to visit her there? Yikes!

I really liked that she got a chance to tell that he made her like him but, she never was like him. Liked that he lost his shit when she told him she’d been living off animals. Loved that she told him he failed. And then, she proceeded to kick his ass and began ripping him apart. Never once losing control. That must’ve really infuriated him. Too bad Victoria wasn’t there too. Two for one would’ve been nice. Now,,she’s probably going after Renee or Charlie, just to get back at Bella. Or, yawn, creating an army to come after them. Hopefully, she’s taken care of right quick too. Maybe the wolves can have that distinction.

Well, didn’t need to do,anything but skim that chapter as it was pretty much verbatim to the books. Ugh.

Well now that’s a ridiculous plan. It only leads to failure. They want this to go exactly as it is going. The Cullens, in all their massive knowledge and wisdom and flying blind right now. They should be staying together, not separating. The two want them separate. Plus, they have the wolves right there and should be calling on them for help With Charlie at the least. Two could stay near Charlie at all times. Trading shifts off. at the very least, they need to know they are there and to protect the tribe.

Just once I’d like them to be able to finish out a game of baseball without this trio dropping in. I just want to know how it plays out, darn it, lol. I knew they’d pop back into the story. The very first thing they should do is let the wolves know there are red eyed vampires in the vicinity. Friendly or not with the wolves, they deserve to know that these are NOT friends of the Cullen and that they are after Charlie and possibly finishing off the job on Bella. The wolves would be thrilled to have vampires to attack for a change. It would go a long way towards them getting along also. With her already being a vampire, what’s to stop them from choosing to go after Renee instead of Charlie right now? For that matter, did they already do that? Has she already moved to Jacksonville?

Well, that was a much better pronouncement of love for them both. I rather enjoyed them talking about how they know they’ve mated. Especially liked that she told him she would hunt him down if he left her. That was very sweet and a little funny too. His reaction to her bloodied shirt was interesting. He knows that he may have downright killed her if she came to Forks as a human. We all know he didn’t in THE books but, who knows what your Edward would’ve done. I’m glad he’s bringing it over for Carlisle and Jasper to see if they recognize the vampire that did this. Poor Jasper may have to hunt immediately afterwards. I read an author once describe that Jasper has the hardest time because he’s an empath. That when blood is let and the smell goes around he’s not only fighting his bloodlust, he’s having it magnified by the others bloodlust as well. It makes perfect sense if you think about it. In THE books and her eighteenth birthday party, he had all seven of those vampires, including himself, suddenly wrought with bloodlust. It really is no wonder he reacted that way. Billy was a right ass in this chapter. Making sure he’s there to watch Bella was more important to him than Jake's health. Bella had a brilliant point in saying what would Billy be able to do if she went after Charlie. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Not even Jake could’ve helped until this very night. I’m glad that Charlie now knows about Bella and Edward. He was being a typical dad after the Blacks left though. That was funny.

Charlie stood no chance against Alice. That was quite the mesmerizing exchange between those two. Bella kept from giggling or, outright laughing at points. I’m impressed that she did. Her eyes must be nearly the color of the Cullens soon. It had been a couple months in Phoenix and it’s been quite a few months now in Forks. I liked the arm wrestling portion. Poor Emmett. Very happy for Bella though. I liked her idea of having Carlise speak to Charlie. Hopefully that works out. At this point Charlie may be harboring ideas of her being with Jacob. Thankfully, Billy isn’t wishing the same in this story due to her already being changed. Wondering what ajake will think when he does change. And, speaking of which, with him spending so very much time with Bella, why hasn’t he changed yet? Seems odd that the gene hasn’t flipped. Or, is that because he doesn’t feel threatened by her at all? Edward blurting out that he loves Bella and taking off running together, was very odd placement. I’m happy he’s told her but, it wasn’t romance based as Edward is usually wont to do.

It may be good she is feeling as if everyone is just waiting for her to slip up. She’s immensely stubborn and that stubbornness will keep her from doing what they all expect. Well, not all of them. If I would venture to guess, it is Jasper and Rosalie that expect it most. Alice is confident she won’t. As is Bella herself. Edward is so confident in himself, that he feels he can stop her at any moment, if it starts to happen. I fear if Charlie cuts himself shaving, or with a knife in the house, what she will do then. I still believe she'll stop herself. Will Rosalie ever stop being such a brat in this story?

They cannot make Bella leave Charlie at all. When the nomads come through, and we readers know they will at some point, they will kill a human and Bella will get blamed by the wolves. I don’t care what they feel is right or wrong, they have no say in a 'seventeen year old girl' and trying to force her away from her father. That would be absolute nonsense. Especially if they all know Bella didn’t do it, that it was another vampire altogether. She can tell her father the tribe is pulling some crap and he can, as a policeman, stop it. He doesn’t need to know it is supernatural at all. She can tell her father they are bullying her and saying horrible things. He better believe his daughter over them. Off topic here. Why is it that when one of the vegetarian vampires 'slip up' their eyes turn bright red immediately from draining one human? Yet, it takes them months and months for them to turn back golden again when feeding from animals. It always bugged me in THE books that this was the case. Makes no sense at all.

Perhaps Mike needs to be reminded that she is Charlie’s daughter and his harassment is really grating on her. That should get him to back the fuck off. I was wondering if the tribe would be in this story. Glad it was prior to Jake shifting. If he’d already been a shifter, who knows what his reaction to Bella would have been. In Stephenie Meyer's Complete Twilight Guide, Seth actually has three tribal blood lines running through him. In some stories, this comes forward and I love when it happens. He would be the true leader due to the three blood lines. I find that fascinating most times. I digress. I’m glad that Edward, Emmett and Jasper plan to be about a mile away. This will allow for Edward to read them and what they are truly thinking. It will be good for them to learn that Bella came to Forks this way. That it was not the Cullens that did this.

Mike was way out of line in his attacking Bella like that. Invading her space that way. We, the reader, know she’s a vampire and could annihilate him in a second so, it wasn’t her safety that was a concern. It wasn’t even the fact that Mike doesn’t know she isn’t human and his very life was on the line. It was Mike prowling onto a teenage girl and berating her for the choice she made in which guy she likes. Boohoo Mike, she didn’t choose you. Wonder why when he’s that much of a prick. Sheesh. And, Edward hinted that it was only the beginning of what he’s planning. Oh joy. I very much liked that Edward was right there for her at the perfect time. Shame on Rosalie for being her selfish self right then. Being angry at Bella when she is only months old and this boy is verbally attacking her. One would think with what happened to her in the past would have her more empathetic towards her and not being such a bitch. I liked that Edward took her to the meadow and began to explain what is happening with them. He’s giving her time to process and that’s really good right now. Perfect Browning line for them. Spot on.

I’m guessing Alice cannot tell Bella about what is happening between herself and Edward as it may change the course of events. Otherwise, she’d straight up tell her.
